ILZ est une marque de vêtement crée en 2008 par Dj Mesk à Genève (Suisse). Symbolisé par une tête de lion (signe astrologique de Mesk) ILZ représente une pensée philosophique se traduisant par « Acquérir la force physique et mentale dans le but d’atteindre la sérénité » (Iron Lion to the Zion…).

Inspiré par la culture Hip Hop et les designs old school américains, Mesk réalise lui-même les logos, motifs et visuels de ILZ. Produit à peu d’exemplaires et vendues main à main, les premières séries sérigraphiées de T’shirts ont reçus un bon accueil motivant son créateur à continuer dans cette voie.
